The South Indians' Welfare Society was established in 1934 to provide quality education to the South Indian community in Mumbai. Starting with a primary school at Shivaji Park, Dadar, the Society has grown steadily over nine decades into a trusted educational institution.
The Society's Degree College — an Autonomous institution affiliated to the University of Mumbai — holds NAAC A Grade accreditation with a CGPA of 3.15, reflecting its consistent commitment to academic standards.
